Counselling is a process of working with you to assist you in examining the concerns or circumstances that you are wanting to seek help for. My job as your counsellor is to provide a safe and confidential environment for you to explore those concerns.
Confidentiality
As a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), as a person centred practioner I am bound by their code of ethics and practice. Confidentiality will only be breached, with your knowledge, if there is a possibility of harm being caused to yourself or others.
