I offer counselling to the autistic community and their families pre and post diagnosis. I have many years of experiences supporting and working with autistic adult and children.
It can be overwhelming receiving a diagnosis at any stage of life however you are not alone. Talking about your experiences and feelings around diagnosis can be helpful in navigating your journey. I enjoy empowering and supporting people to meet their potential through empathy, compassion and psycho-education. I also offer training and consultancy to anyone wanting to learn more about autism. |
