Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR)
The CMR course will teach you to build resilience through mindfulness and applying compassion. The course will share learning, through experiential practice and concepts.
This will will help you to
10 hour course (4 x 2.5hours) takes place online. £100 per participant. £160 for 2 family places.

This Mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR) online course is an 8 week evidence based programme that offers intensive mindfulness training which will assist you with stress, anxiety, depression and pain.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction was developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 the MBSR is a highly researched and evidence based course which is taught all over the world.
It is a prerequisite for anyone considering becoming a certified Mindfulness teacher. The MBSR is an intervention for managing stress and enhancing wellbeing.
Some of the outcomes are:
- Reduced stress
- Increased resilience
- Improved concentration
- Reduced blood pressure
- Better/deeper sleep
